At Vilio, we aim for 100% satisfaction. All refunds are handled securely through Lemon Squeezy’s payment system.

Refunds
Made Simple.

We handle refund requests promptly via Lemon Squeezy. Refund eligibility is based on purchase type, timing, and subscription status.

Full Refund

Available within 14 days of purchase if the service was unused.

Partial Refunds

Pro-rated refunds for partially used subscriptions may be issued.

Account Deletion

Refunds are automatically canceled if your account is deleted.

Secure Processing

All refund transactions go through Lemon Squeezy for secure handling.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only granted for purchases made directly through Lemon Squeezy. Eligibility depends on whether the service was fully unused and the request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you have an active subscription, refunds are pro-rated based on the remaining subscription period. Once a subscription is canceled, it remains active until the end of the paid period, unless otherwise requested.

3. Account Deletion & Refunds

Deleting your account will automatically cancel any pending refunds. Refund requests should be submitted prior to account deletion.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
