Intellectual Property & Data
The design, code, and brand of Vilio are owned by us. All resume content you create belongs to you. We process your data solely to provide the service and payment features via Lemon Squeezy.
Subscriptions & Refunds
Premium features require a paid subscription via Lemon Squeezy. Payments are processed securely. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime. Refunds are granted only according to our refund policy, e.g., within 14 days of purchase for technical issues. No other refunds are guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
Vilio is provided "as is". We are not responsible for career outcomes, missed opportunities, or data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.
Governing Law & Updates
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes will be resolved in Moroccan courts. We may update these terms anytime. Customers are responsible for reviewing updates.
